Custom sustainable rashguards. Made in Europe.
Full-sublimation rashguards produced on demand in our own EU workshop. Your design is printed into recycled fabric — not onto it. No minimum order. No overstock. No overseas supply chain.
What we make
We manufacture custom rashguards on demand in the European Union. Each rashguard is cut, sublimation-printed and sewn in our own workshop in Romania using recycled polyester-elastane fabric, with no minimum order quantity. We serve BJJ academies, surf and swim schools, triathlon clubs and brands worldwide — one piece or one thousand, identical quality.
Technical specification
Built like a second skin
Carvico Vita PL — Italy

UV & chlorine resistant
UV-protective, ultra chlorine resistant, and resistant to sun cream and oils — built for pool, salt water and sun. Bielastic with muscular containment; pilling resistant with full shape retention.
Who it’s for
One garment, five tribes

FAQ
Straight answers
What is the minimum order for custom rashguards?
There is no minimum order. We produce on demand, so you can order a single custom rashguard or equip a full team — the process and quality are identical.
Where are the rashguards made?
Every rashguard is cut, printed and sewn in our own workshop in Romania, inside the European Union. Nothing is outsourced overseas.
What fabric are the rashguards made of?
Carvico Vita PL, an Italian techno-fabric: 78% recycled polyester and 22% elastane at 190 g/m², made from 100% regenerated pre- and post-consumer waste yarn and certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). It’s bielastic, ultra chlorine resistant, UV-protective, pilling resistant, and resistant to sun cream and oils.
What makes these rashguards sustainable?
Three things: GRS-certified recycled fabric (Carvico Vita PL, made in Italy from regenerated pre- and post-consumer waste), on-demand production with zero overstock, and EU manufacturing with short transport routes.
Can you print any design?
Yes. Full dye-sublimation prints your design into the fibre rather than onto the surface — unlimited colours, all-over prints, gradients and photos at no extra cost, and it never cracks or peels.
Do you make rashguards for BJJ and no-gi?
Yes — BJJ and no-gi rashguards are a core product: rank-coloured designs, academy team kits and competition rashguards in long and short sleeve.
How long does production take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from approved design, plus shipping from Romania. Sampling and rush options are available on request.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. With no minimum order, a sample is simply an order of one — test the fit, fabric and print before a team run.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the EU. European orders arrive without import duties; for other regions we provide export documentation.
