Rashguards made from recovered plastic, printed with your artwork
Full-bleed dye-sublimation on Italian performance jersey spun from recycled ocean-bound and post-consumer plastic waste. Cut and sewn in our own European workshop, from a single piece, shipped worldwide in about two and a half weeks.
The colour becomes part of the yarn, so it never cracks, peels or fades off the chest of a crew shirt after one season in salt water. B2B only — your artwork, your labels, never ours.

Made from plastic that was already in the world
Our base jersey is Italian, spun from certified recycled yarn made of post-consumer plastic waste. It is a supply-chain fact with paperwork behind it, not a marketing adjective — which matters when a retail buyer asks you a second question about it.
The recycled content costs you nothing in performance. It is the same 4-way stretch, the same UV protection, the same resistance to chlorine and salt that the virgin equivalent gives, and it takes sublimation ink identically.

The four questions buyers always send
What is the minimum order?
No minimum on our existing cuts — we can print a single piece. Prices drop at quantity breaks, so most first runs land between 25 and 100 pieces. A cut we don't already have becomes a development project with its own pattern cost.
How long does production take?
About 2.5 weeks from approved design, confirmed order and payment, plus transit. Design rounds happen before that clock starts, which is why a clear brief is the real lever on your delivery date.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files or 300 dpi artwork on our die-line template, in CMYK. If all you have is a logo and an idea, our studio designs the garment and sends visuals to approve — included in the order, not billed separately.
Can I sell these under my own brand?
That's the normal case. Your artwork, your woven neck label, your hangtags and care labels. We are B2B only and never put our name on your garment.
