Fight sports

BJJ rashguards without the four-colour tax

Academy runs, competition team kit and drop collections. Gradients, photography and full-sleeve artwork cost exactly what a one-colour design costs.

Grappling is the hardest test a printed garment gets: constant friction, constant stretch, constant washing. Anything sitting on the surface of the fabric comes off. Because sublimation bonds the dye into the fibre, the print outlives the seams — and the seams are flatlocked, so they lie flat under a gi and hold under load.

What changes for you

Flatlock seams built for the mat

Flat against the skin under a gi, and stronger than an overlock under lateral load.

Small first runs, then scale

Test a design on a short run, reorder the winner without changing supplier or pattern.

Questions we get

Fight sports, specifically

Can you produce to competition uniform rules?

Tell us which ruleset you compete under and we will lay the artwork out to it — placement and coverage are design decisions we make on your die-line.

Long or short sleeve for competition?

Both are available in the same artwork. Most academies order both and let athletes choose.

What is the minimum order?

No minimum on our existing cuts — we can print a single piece. Prices drop at quantity breaks, so most first runs land between 25 and 100 pieces.

How long does production take?

About 2.5 weeks from approved design, confirmed order and payment, plus transit. Design rounds happen before that clock starts.
