Before you ask

The questions buyers actually send us

What is the minimum order for custom rashguards?

There is no minimum on our existing cuts — we can print a single piece. Prices drop at quantity breaks, so a first run of 25 to 100 pieces is where most gyms, dive centres and crews land. If you need a cut we don't already have, that becomes a development project with its own pattern and sampling cost, and larger runs make sense.

How long does production take?

About 2.5 weeks from the moment we have your approved design, confirmed order and payment, plus transit. Design rounds happen before that clock starts, which is why a clear brief and fast approvals are the real lever on your delivery date.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or 300 dpi raster artwork built on our die-line template, in CMYK. If all you have is a logo and an idea, our studio designs the garment for you and sends visuals to approve — that service is included in the order, not billed separately.

Will the print survive salt water, chlorine and mat friction?

Yes. Sublimation bonds the dye into the fibre rather than sitting on the surface, so there is no layer to crack or peel. The fabric is an Italian performance jersey chosen for chlorine and saltwater resistance and shape retention, which is why it holds up in rinse tanks and daily training.

Do you print sizes, numbers and sponsor logos per piece?

Yes. Because every piece is printed individually before it is cut, names, numbers, ranks and rental-pool IDs cost nothing extra. Send the list with your order and each garment comes out of the batch already personalised.

Can I sell these under my own brand?

That's the normal case. We manufacture for your label: your artwork, your woven neck label, your hangtags and your care labels. We don't sell to consumers and we don't put our name on your garment.

Where do you produce, and what about duties?

Printing, cutting and sewing are done in-house in Europe, with Italian fabrics. We ship worldwide tracked. Inside the EU there are no duties; elsewhere, import duties and taxes are payable by you as the buyer, and we provide the documentation your broker needs.

Can I get a sample before committing?

Yes — either a stock-fabric fit sample so you can check the cut and grading, or a fully printed pre-production sample of your own design. The sample is quoted separately and its cost is credited against a bulk order that follows.
